About redirect.pizza
redirect.pizza began as a side project inside Enflow, a small web development agency in the Netherlands founded by engineer Michel and his team. Like many agency-built tools, it started as a quick internal fix—a way to easily redirect domains with HTTPS for client projects.
The tool worked so well that they opened it up to the public. Over time, it took on a life of its own, growing into a standalone SaaS platform with thousands of users. The team kept its lighthearted name and pizza-themed branding, a reflection of their approachable, developer-first culture. Today, redirect.pizza shares Enflow’s focus 50/50, with both businesses serving the same goal: building simple, elegant tools that just work.
The problem
redirect.pizza, a SaaS platform developed by Dutch agency Enflow, helps users easily redirect domains with HTTPS. Originally built as an internal tool, it grew into a standalone product known for its playful branding and simple UX.
While their onboarding flow for DNS configuration was already solid, DNS setup still generated friction—particularly among free users unfamiliar with how DNS records work.
Michel, redirect.pizza’s co-founder and an engineer by background, shared that their team was fielding a steady stream of DNS-related questions from users trying to connect domains.
"We have a pretty good onboarding for DNS configuration, but our support box still gets a lot of emails about DNS setup. There's a lot of nuance. You cannot just give the same answer for every domain and DNS provider."
With the support team receiving several DNS-related tickets, the team sought a more automated way to help users connect domains successfully, without creating friction in their UX.
The solution
redirect.pizza implemented Entri Connect to automate the DNS setup process for users, allowing them to connect their domains in just a few clicks.
Michel described the setup as fast and painless.
"The technical implementation was really great. I think we had everything set up within a day or two.”
redirect.pizza also leveraged Entri’s branding and color customization options to maintain a seamless in-product experience, and Michel and his team have already seen a significant drop in DNS-related support tickets.
"With Entri, the DNS change is always successful, and we’ve seen a really positive business impact from that.”
The results
redirect.pizza saw a reduction in support ticket volume of 85% after implementing Entri. More than that though, they saw a user base who was progressing through their onboarding flow faster than ever, and activating within minutes of signup.
"We're really happy with the partnership and how that's grown. The technical implementation was really great. I think we had everything set up within a day or two."
To sum up
For redirect.pizza, Entri Connect has simplified one of the most confusing parts of user onboarding—DNS setup. The partnership has already delivered a major improvement in support efficiency and user experience, helping their team continue to scale a product that started as an internal tool and has grown into a global SaaS platform.
